Winemaking
In the vineyard
and the cellar
Certified organic since the 2023 vintageWe work the soil mechanically and harvest into small crates to keep the grapes intact.
Our work in the vineyard
Disbudding, training and leaf removal accompany the seasons. Mechanical soil work and treatments adapted to the weather guide our approach in each parcel.
Making our wines
Whole bunches are gently pressed for the whites before barrel fermentation and ageing on lees. For the reds, sorting, fermentation and barrel ageing are carried out with care to limit handling.
