Cellaring is counted from the vintage and depends on storage conditions.

The parcel

The estate's parcels occupy a steep southwest-facing slope. Vines of different ages grow side by side in poor, stony soils with friable rock close to the surface.

Soil Siliceous limestone marl, shallow stony soils

Winemaking & ageing

Grapes are harvested into small crates and pressed whole. After 24 hours of settling at low temperature, the juice ferments in barrels, 30% of them new. Ageing on lees with stirring continues until July, with bottling after about twelve months.

Tasting notes

A full-bodied white. Golden tones develop in its colour, while honey, toasted almond and flint emerge after several years in the cellar.

At the table

Lobster, delicate fish, sweetbreads or poultry with morels.
