Cellaring is counted from the vintage and depends on storage conditions.

The parcel

The Bressandes parcel lies north of Beaune. This red Premier Cru is known for its fine texture and balance between density and freshness.

Winemaking & ageing

Grapes arrive in small crates and are sorted before vatting. Fermentation lasts around fifteen days with punch-downs, followed by barrel ageing with 20% new oak. Bellows-assisted racking limits handling.

Tasting notes

A floral nose and a dense, velvety palate, with acidity balancing its rounded texture.

At the table

White meat, marinated dishes or cheese.
