Cellaring is counted from the vintage and depends on storage conditions.

The parcel

Planted in the early 2000s, this steep parcel faces the Clos du Bully, once part of Maizières Abbey. Short rows and drainage ditches help control erosion.

Soil White marl, light soils

Winemaking & ageing

Grapes are harvested into small crates and pressed whole. After 24 hours of settling at low temperature, the juice ferments in barrels, 30% of them new. Ageing on lees with stirring continues until July, with bottling after about twelve months.

Tasting notes

A lively Chardonnay with fresh fruit and spice. Honey and flint notes develop with age.

At the table

Delicate fish, langoustines, prawns or warm goat cheese.
