The parcel

The old vines of Les Grèves occupy a steep slope. The climat's name refers to the fine scree and gravelly earth that make up its soil.

Soil Gravelly, sandy soils

Winemaking & ageing

Grapes arrive in small crates and are sorted before vatting. Fermentation lasts around fifteen days with punch-downs, followed by barrel ageing with 20% new oak. Bellows-assisted racking limits handling.

Tasting notes

Fine fruit aromas and a rounded, deep palate supported by a clear tannic structure.

At the table

Meat, marinated dishes or cheese.
