The parcel

This cuvée brings together Les Boutières, Les Citernes and Les Combes. The slopes are gentle and the soils deep, sometimes reaching one metre.

Soil Deep, iron-rich soils

Winemaking & ageing

Grapes arrive in small crates and are sorted before vatting. Fermentation lasts around fifteen days with punch-downs, followed by barrel ageing with 20% new oak. Bellows-assisted racking limits handling.

Tasting notes

Powerful and firm when young, this garnet-coloured wine develops red-fruit aromas. Its texture rounds out with time.
